Our youth and adult programming has an ever-expanding movement and strength vocabulary.  We regularly practice fundamentals  and add many techniques that are less common but fun and useful.

Some of these techniques were created by the old time strongmen and strongwomen from the late 1800’s. At Hadley Fitness, we are always studying the current masters of strength and movement to ensure we’re passing on the best methods. Safety and wise progressions are always top priority.
